Fulfillment & Shipping Process

At Printer Trooper Inc., we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We utilize a dual-fulfillment strategy:

  • Direct from Warehouse: We primarily ship products directly from our dedicated warehouse facility.
  • Retail Partner Network: To ensure faster delivery and product availability, if our main warehouse is not geographically optimal for your location, we may ship your product directly from one of our trusted retail partners, such as Best Buy or Walmart.

Regardless of the fulfillment source (our warehouse or a retail partner), you will receive complete shipping details, including:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Delivery updates via:

    • Phone Text

Please Note:

  • Carriers: We ship primarily via USPS or FedEx, with the final choice based on product weight, delivery address, and the fulfillment source.
  • Shipping Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays).

General Shipping Terms

  • Tracking: All packages are shipped with a tracking number.
  • Signature Confirmation: Some high-value packages may require a signature upon delivery.
  • International Shipments: We cannot change the declared value for international shipments.
  • Order Cancellation: Printer Trooper Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Return Policy

  • Defective Items: If an item is defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15–20 days of delivery.
  • Condition: No restocking fees apply when items are returned in original condition.
  • Refund / Replacement:
    • Replacement products will be provided if available.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, customers may select an alternative product or request a full refund.
    • A full refund is issued once defective items are returned.
  • Inspection & Testing: All returned items are inspected and tested before refunds are issued.
